How to cancel an order?

You can cancel an order only if it is in "Pending" status: 1) Go to "My Orders" page. 2) Find the order you want to cancel. 3) Click on the "Cancel" button. 4) Confirm cancellation. Cancelled orders will be refunded according to our refund policy.
